After 20 years in the Restaurant and Service Industry, Ramona shifted to Information Assurance and Cybersecurity. Combining self-learning, certifications, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance, she's now a Network/Security Technician at General Dynamics Information Technology. Ramona leads Evenness' Digital Trust and Information Security strategy, embodying advocacy for human rights, equality, and inclusion.
Co-founder, Director, and Fractional Chief Product and Sustainability Officer
With 25 years of experience on Wall Street, leading client transformation programs, and launching tech products in investment banking, capital markets risk, and regulatory compliance sectors, Bhuva brings a wealth of expertise to Evenness. Initially joining Evenness as an early-stage investor and Advisor, Bhuva has now stepped into a leadership role. As of March 2024, she was announced as overseeing Evenness’ product strategy and sustainable practices, aligning with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance and our net-zero commitment. Bhuva holds an MBA from Columbia University and dual degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Before joining Evenness, she worked as a 3D design consultant in various sectors including infrastructure, nuclear, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical. Over the past two years, Anne has been making strides in the Web3 and Blockchain domains. At Evenness, Anne leads our Innovation Strategy, focusing on Web3 and Web2 value propositions while aligning product and business roadmaps.
